Wayne Hughes
|
Wayne Hughes, HQN's Director for Property and Asset Management Services, is a qualified building surveyor with experience at management level for both local authorities and housing associations.
He was previously Director of Building Services at South Staffordshire Housing Association before becoming a consultant in 2001.
He has led Best Value reviews, mock inspections, organisational reviews and DLO health checks, developed asset management strategies and undertaken stock options studies and maintenance and asset management service reviews.

Alan Hodgkinson's background is in operational and performance management in the private sector world of transport and logistics where he was Managing Director of Stirland (TDG Plc) as well as holding senior management roles with TDG Harris, Securicor Omega Logistics and Eddie Stobbart Ltd.
